After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. However, the learned Sessions Court seized with Sessions Case No. 167 of 2016 shall make an endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the recording of evidence, as far as possible, within seven months from the date of framing of charge.
