The appellants had not removed the office objections despite several opportunities. Hence, by order dated 09/06/2017, the appellants were granted time up to 12/06/2017 to remove office objections as a last chance failing which it was made clear that the appeal would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. The appellants had failed to remove the office objections by 12/06/2017 and as a consequence thereof, the appeal was dismissed. 2.
Mr. Manas Gawankar, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants/appellants have removed most of the office 1/2

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the application which in my considered view, constitute sufficient ground and in the light of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the appellants/applicants, the delay in filing the application is condoned and the Appeal is restored.
