This is an application for setting aside order dated 16th February, 2017 passed by I/C Registrar(Judicial-II) by which two weeks time was granted to supply copy of the proceedings to the respondent, failing which, C.R.A was to be dismissed without further reference of the Court. 2.

Applicants have further prayed for condoning delay of 244 days in filing the application for restoration of the Civil Revision Application. For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out cause for condoning delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. The applicants shall supply copy of the proceeding within two seeks from today for effecting service on the respondents.
