The Petition is filed to challenge the order passed on 20 July 2009 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) disposing of the Contempt Petition No.14 of 2009. The Tribunal has observed after considering the matter that there is no case for contempt made out and has given liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the action on merits by independent Original Application. No case is made out for interference in the writ jurisdiction. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
