The order dated 21st November, 2022 was passed by this Court, wherein it was recorded as per submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant that the consent terms have already been entered into between the complainant and the applicant. There was a money dispute between the parties.

The learned APP for the State submitted on instructions that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation and in fact, the consent terms have been so 1/2

19-ABA-3225-2022.doc filed. In view of the said fact, the interim protection granted earlier by this Court stands confirmed. Hence, I pass the following order :- :: ORDER ::

a.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with FIR No. 12 of 2021 registered with Cyber Cell Police Station, the applicant Priyanshu Kumar Om Prakash Gupta be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

b.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or give threat or inducement to any of the prosecution witnesses.

c.

The applicant shall attend the investigating officer as and when called.

d.

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3225 of 2022 is disposed of.
