The Petitioner has sought to review the order dated 18 January 2014 passed in Writ Petition No.5508 of 2011 by the Division Bench (Coram : A.S. Oka and M.S. Sonak, JJ.). Since both the learned Judges are not available, the matter is placed before us as a special bench.

The Petitioner in the said Writ Petition had challenged the order passed by the Slum Re-development Authority. While disposing of the Petition, the Division Bench held that at that stage, since the Petitioner could approach the concerned authority and raise all objections no interference was warranted. 4.

We have perused the memo of the Review Petition. In Review Petition, various questions are raised regarding making of the parties and that the Petitioner who was one of the Petitioner did not intend to follow the other Petitioners and certain pages of the Petition were changed. We do not find that the order under review has concluded any rights and all that the Division Bench has held that its interference at that stage was not warranted and the parties could avail of the remedies in law. No case is made out to exercise the review jurisdiction. The aggrieved parties could have always challenged the order.

The Review Petition and pending Applications are accordingly disposed of.
