The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 117 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1/claimant Mr. G. M. Savagave opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 117 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. The above First Appeal Stamp No.33394 of 2010 to be de-tagged from First Appeal Stamp No.12768 of 2014 and companion matters.
