The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instruction of Shri Pradeep Vishnu Rane states that the Petitioner does not want to press this Petition. He states that the Petitioner may be granted four weeks' time to remove the subject mobile tower. The learned counsel appearing for the sixth Respondent has no objection if maximum time of four weeks is granted.

Accordingly, we pass the following order.

ORDER :

(a) The Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Notwithstanding the dismissal of the Petition, action of removal of the subject mobile tower shall not be taken by the first Respondent for a period of four weeks from today as the Petitioner has agreed to remove the subject mobile tower within a period of four weeks from today;

(b) If mobile tower is not removed within a period of four weeks from today, the first Respondent shall forthwith remove the subject mobile tower without issuing any further notice.
