The above Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment to the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is at the pre-admission stage. In my view, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed resultantly the Petitioner would be entitled to carry out amendment in terms of the schedule annexed to the above Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Respondent is at liberty to file his reply to the amended Contempt Petition. The same to be done within two weeks thereafter. List the Contempt Petition for admission on 15-3-2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
