Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 18 October 2023 this Court had granted interim protection.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that the applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation.

Having regard to the nature of the accusation and the punishment the offences under Sections 419 and 420 of IPC and Sections 7 and 8 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices at University, Board and other Specified Examinations Act, 1982, entail, and the reasons which weighed with the court in granting interim protection, I am inclined to make the order of interim bail absolute. 5.
The order dated 18 October 2023 granting interim bail is made absolute SSP 1/2
11 aba 2915 of 2023.doc on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 6.
Henceforth, the applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
7.
The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
8.
The Application stands disposed.
