Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks a discharge on the ground that despite repeated attempts, she has been unable to contact the Applicant. As stated on the last occasion, she also tried to communicate the order passed by this Court on 3 February 2017. The service packet has come back with a remark "address incomplete". This matter has been pending before the Court since 2014 and there is no progress since last many dates. Even the Respondent does not appear before the Court. In the premises, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant, is discharged and the Misc. Civil Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
