After arguing the matter at length, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application and prays for expeditious trial. The learned Sessions Court seized with the trial in C.R. No. 16 of 2017, registered at Revdanda Police Station shall make an endeavour to frame charge against the present applicant within 7 months from the receipt of this order. In the eventuality, the trial does not commence within 9 months from today, the applicant is at liberty to renew the prayer further. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
