Having heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 4th July 2016, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-E to the petition as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No.2 shall dispose of the said representation of the Petitioner independently and on its own merits and in accordance with law. We also make it clear that Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said representation only after hearing the all concerned, including Respondent No. 4 and 5. [SMT.
