The application is filed for quashing the proceedings of the CC No.205/2010 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Ulhasnagar, DistrictThane. Perusal of the charge-sheet prima facie reveals commission of the alleged offence. Be that as it may, the charge has already been framed against the applicant. Not only this, earlier the applicant had filed an application for discharge before the trial Court and the same was rejected. Thereafter, the applicant had approached this Court. However, the application was withdrawn. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this application. The criminal application, accordingly, stands dismissed.

Needless to mention that the observations made hereinabove are for the limited purpose for the disposal of this application and the subject criminal case shall be disposed of independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.
