The applicant is seeking temporary bail or expediting the hearing of the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant states that he is not pressing the prayer for temporary bail, and, at this stage, he is only pressing the prayer for expediting the hearing of the appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No.128 of 2013.

In view of the prayer made and the fact that the applicant is in jail since 2010, the appeal be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 30th January, 2017.

Application is allowed in the above terms.
