The complainant (Respondent no. 3) has tendered affidavit pointing out the marriage with the applicant accused on 30/4/2018. Parties have also filed consent terms. The same are taken on record.

The applicant and respondent no. 3 are present through their respective advocates and are identified by them. In court also, respondent no. 3 accepts the consent terms and affidavit. 3.

Hence, accepting the joint request, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (c).
