After this Petition was posted for admission on several occasions, eventually on 14th January 2016, at the request of the Respondents, time was granted to take a decision on the issue raised in the Petition on the administrative side. Accordingly, the 1st Respondent on the administrative side has settled the issue only insofar as the present Petitioner is concerned. Minutes of the meeting of the Administrative Judges' Committee held on 5th February 2016 are placed before us. We take a certified copy thereof on record. This is marked "X" for identification.

In view of the decision of the Administrative Committee, the order dated 1st April 2015 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Beed, a copy of which is at Annexure "C" to the Petition will have to be quashed and set aside. It is, accordingly, quashed and set aside.

The Writ Petition succeeds in the light of the decision of the Administrative Committee and our order and direction issued today. All consequential steps will now be taken by the 2nd Respondent so that the Petitioner is not put to any loss or does not have to face any recovery.
