By this Civil Application the Applicant - original Petitioner has sought clarification / modification of the order dated 30 September 2016.

Heard the Applicant in person and the learned counsel for the Respondents.

The order impugned in the Writ Petition was passed below Exhibit 7 in Notice of Motion No.1781 of 2012 and therefore what was under consideration in the Writ Petition was Exhibit 7 and not the Notice of Motion. However, in the order dated 30 September 2016, Notice of Motion is mentioned and not the Exhibit 7.

Rest of the order remains the same. Civil Application is disposed of. Corrected order be uploaded.
