By an order dated 9th November, 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. 2.

The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that after lodgement of crime on 26th October, 2017 and passing of Order dated 9th November, 2017 by this Court, the applicant and the first informant got married on 24th January, 2018 and are residing together. 7-ABA1947-17.DOC though the learned APP submitted that there are some problems in the matrimonial life and the same be taken note of.

It is to be noted here that if the first informant is having any other grievance than stated in the FIR, she has liberty to approach the concerned police station for appropriate remedy if she desires.

In view thereof, the applicant can entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail in the present crime. 3.

Interim relief granted by Order dated 9th November, 2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer of concerned police station is waived.

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
