After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to C. R. No. 36 of 2017 dated 04.04.2017 registered with the Pali Police Station now culminated into Special Police Case No. 11 of 2017 does not commence within a period of nine months from today.
