DATE : JUNE 26, 2018 P.C.:- The impugned order October 14, 2016 has been passed by the Joint Civil Judge, J.D. Alibag while dealing with the Heirship Certificate proceedings under the Bombay Regulation Act. By the impugned order, the learned Court has secured the amount which is the subject matter of the heirship proceedings. 2.

The nature of the order depicts that the amount lying in the bank is directed to be deposited in the Court, which in turn will be further held in fixed deposits in nationalised bank. Considering the objection, the said order is passed. In my opinion, no illegality is noticed. Hence the petition is dismissed.
