It is submitted that the entire amount of compensation has already been deposited in M.A.C.T., Pune. Statement is accepted. 3.

Liberty to the respondents - claimants to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The Court Fees be refunded as per Rules.
