Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent.

(a) The Marriage Petition No. 209 of 2015 filed by the Respondenthusband against the Applicant-wife before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Solapur is directed to be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kalyan.

(b) The Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kalyan shall endevour of dispose off the Marriage Petition No. 209 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of this order.

(c) Neither the parties shall seek any adjournment nor the Court shall grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

kpd 2 / 2 919-MCA-303-2016.sxw (d) The Registrar of Family Court at Solapur is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 209 of 2015 to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kalyan on or before 21st August, 2017. (e) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Family Court at Kalyan on 24th August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain appropriate orders/directions.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.303 of 2016 is accordingly disposed off.
