None appears for the Petitioner. Heard Mrs A.S. Pai, the learned APP for the State. The Petitioner-accused is seeking relief against Respondents Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 & 8 for registering false complaints against the Petitioner. The learned APP upon taking instructions, states that the investigation into the FIR against the Petitioner is almost complete and a report will be filed before the concerned Magistrate. He states that there is prima facie material to file charge-sheet against the Petitioner. 2.

In the light of the above, we are not inclined to exercise the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 1/2
