After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for both sides that the petition may not be pressed but the Petitioner may instead reply to the show cause notice issued to him and till his reply is considered by the Respondent-corporation and four weeks thereafter, if any adverse order is passed against the Petitioner after considering his reply, the order passed on the show cause notice shall not be implemented. It is made clear that this order is passed merely on consent of parties and without reference to the rival contentions. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
