The second appeal is preferred against the concurrent findings of facts and law by the courts below. The suit filed by the appellants was for reconveyance of the suit property. Admittedly, all the persons, who, according to the appellant are liable to reconvey the property, were not impleaded to the suit. Consequently, the courts below have held that the suit is bad for nonjoinder of necessary parties. There can be no fault with the order. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed.
