Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Applicant shall attend the proceedings filed against her by the Respondent husband before the Family Court at Bandra. (ii)The learned Judge shall take on record the Written Statement of the Applicant, which shall be filed by the Applicant within a period of two weeks from today.

(iii)The Applicant shall be allowed to lead her evidence and/or her witnesses if any.

(iv)The Applicant as well as Respondent shall be allowed to cross-examine the witnesses.

mca 299 of 2015 (938).sxw (v) The learned Judge shall endeavour to frame issues, record evidence and pass his judgment within a period of four months from the date of this order. (vi)The Respondent shall pay to the Applicant an amount of Rs.1,000/- on each of the adjourned dates when the Applicant remains present before the Family Court at Bandra. The said amount of Rs.1,000/- shall be paid in cash on the very same day for which the Applicant shall issue a receipt. (vii)The Respondent shall be at liberty to file an additional Affidavit of Evidence if so advised.
