This is an application challenging the order dated 1.10.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Anticipatory Bail Application nos.1243 of 2014 and 1260 of 2014 thereby granting anticipatory bail to the respondent nos.2 to 4.
The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 at the outset submits that during the pendency of the present application, the Police have filed the chargesheet and the respondent nos.3 and 4 have been released on regular bail. He submits that as a matter of fact the Trial Court has now framed the charge in the case arising out of CR No.I-361 of 2014 registered with Kalwa Police Station. He further submits that as of today the trial is ripe for hearing.
