If copy is supplied within time, issue notice to sole Respondent, failing which W.P. shall stands dismissed against sole Respondent without reference to the Court."

As the copy was not supplied within time, the petition was dismissed.

In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, the said order is set aside and Writ Petition is restored to file. Time to remove office objection is extended by a period of 3 weeks from today.
