The above Letters Patent Appeal is pending hearing and final disposal. In our view, it will be just and proper to allow the heirs of the Appellant No.1 being brought on record by condoning the delay of 1 year 202 days in filing the Application. The Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from date. 4.

The amended copy of the cause title to be served on the other side.
