The Consent Terms are executed by the Authorized Officer of the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1. The Respondent No.1 in person admits the contents of the consent terms. He submits that he has received the amount of gratuity along with interest @ 5% p.a. on 8 May 2023, instead of 10% p.a. as awarded by the Appellate Authority. Respondent No.1 also submits that he has voluntarily accepted the said amount and there is no coercion or duress. SSP 1/2
