Mr Dalal states that there is an appeal under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 filed before the Minister on 18th December 2018. It is still pending. 3.

We request the Hon'ble Minister to take up the Appeal and dispose of it in accordance with law at the earliest possible. It is only for this reason that this present Writ Petition had to be filed. The appeal is in regard to the proposed extension to an existing hospital. While we cannot impose a time limit since the appeal is before the Digitally signed by SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE Date:
