1] Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the order dated 10th June 2019.
2] Learned AGP submits that her instructions are still awaited.
3] According to the petitioner, after this order they have selected a piece of land ad-measuring about 24 gunthas for construction of school building. Additional portion of about 21 gunthas also becomes available and the Government has decided to allot/ofer it to the petitioner for use as a play Dinesh Sherla 1/2

4] The petitioner states that they have no objection if terms and conditions of allotment/ofer are worked out in accordance with the Government policy by the respondents. 5] We fnd that for this purpose, the matter need not to remain kept pending before this Court.
6] We direct the petitioner to appear before respondent No.2 Collector, Ratnagiri with a copy of this order on 11th February 2020. On that date, the Collector, Ratnagiri shall examine the case and proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.
7] If the lands are already allotted/ofered to the petitioner as noted supra, appropriate further steps to complete the transactions shall be initiated.
