"2] Learned counsel for the Appellants submitted that the suit hoardings were already installed on suit site and the N.O.C. from MCZMA was required to be obtained to submit it to the Respondent for renewal of Permit on the suit hoardings."
3] It is further submitted that the Appellant has made an application for the renewal of Permit of the suit hoardings to the Respondent. Since, the said N.O.C. has been obtained by the Appellants, and on the basis of N.O.C. the Appellant is praying for setting aside the order of the Respondent dated 27/10/2014 for revocation of Permit and renewal of Permit of the suit hoardings."
4] Learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation has no objection to correct the same. 5] In view thereof, the paragraph Nos.2 and 3 be replaced as above.
6] Rest of the order remain as it is.
7] The Praecipe is disposed of accordingly.
