The petitioner, by this petition, challenges the acquittal order passed by the learned Magistrate which is confirmed by the Sessions Court in an appeal. The Writ Petition, in the above circumstances, is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to file appropriate proceedings against the impugned order.
