1] These two applications are made for clarification of orders passed in Criminal Writ Petition Ns. 3269 of 2012 and

YBG appw533-534 W.P.3789 of 2012 respectively. I have gone through the orders which are sought to be clarified. There is no ambiguity in the order. The order clearly means that the order by civil court passed in respect of the property in question will prevail over the order passed by the executing magistrate. At this state, the learned Advocate for the applicant does not press for any further reliefs. The applications are dismissed.
