This petition challenges the order dated 29th September, 2018 passed on the application for ad-interim relief. It is stated across the bar that main revision application and application for interim relief are listed on 11th January 2019 and will be heard and disposed on that day or such other date that may be granted by the Industrial Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties state that neither of them will seek adjournment before the Industrial Court. In view thereof, nothing further survives in this petition. The petition is, therefore, disposed of accepting the statement of learned counsel for the parties. The disposal of this petition shall not influence the outcome of revision application. (A.K.
