The contention of the Petitioner is that the RespondentManagement has not forwarded the proposal seeking approval to appointment of the Petitioner as Full Time teacher. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-Management submits that for the first time proposal was forwarded seeking approval to appointment of the Petitioner on 17th January 2017 and secondly, again on 15th February 2021. However, the Deputy Director of Ed/*-+96 -*++ ucation has not decided the said proposal. A copy of the said proposal is placed on record by the learned counsel for the Respondent-Institution. 1/2

57.aw1929.20.doc The copy of the same is also given to the learned AGP and the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

In view of the above, we pass the following order : (a) In case the proposal forwarded by the Respondent-Institution seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, the Deputy Director of Education shall decide the same on merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six months. If any deficiency exists, the Respondent-Institution will comply with the same.
