By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay caused in filing the restoration application, as also restoration of the family court appeal, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 10.8.2017 dismissing the family court appeal is recalled, by condoning the delay. Accordingly, the family court appeal is restored to the file. Civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Sd/- Sd/- [SARANG V.
