By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have challenged the order dated 20.01.2014 by which the objections raised by the defendants were sustained and the Declaration and Retirement-cum-Partnership Deed dated 21.06.1989 was marked as 'Article D'.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Bhate, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. 4.
