Even today, neither the Petitioners, nor their Advocates are present. Accordingly, the Civil Application Nos.234 of 2014 and 235 of 2014, are hereby dismissed. 3.

Since, the Petition relates to the Year-2000, yet another opportunity is granted in the matter. Now, place the main Writ Petition No.1041 of 2000 on 2nd March, 2016 under the caption for "Dismissal/Disposal". If, on that date also neither the Petitioner, nor their Advocates appear, this Court will be constrained to dismiss the main Petition for non prosecution.
