Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent states that the matter has been amicably settled. In view of the settlement, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Leave with liberty is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 14.2.2020, this Court had directed the Petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- out of the total arrears payable to the Respondent wife. Pursuant to the said order, the Petitioner husband had deposited Rs.1,00,000/- before this Court. In terms of the settlement, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has to be transferred to the account of the Respondent wife in her maiden name, which is stated to be 'Varsha Kantaram Jadhav'.

Hence, with consent, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- which was deposited by the Petitioner -husband before this Court is ordered to be transferred in the account of the Respondent -wife being Saving bank Account No.60210164167, with Bank of Maharashtra. by PRASANNA P SALGAONKAR Date:
