After the matter was heard for some time on the request of the Petitioner to release the current account attached by the Respondents, by consent, following order is passed : (a) The Petitioner will approach the Respondent no.1 or its duly authorized official and that would be to compute and quantify the dues which has been demanded from M/s.Smashing Traders Pvt.Ltd. After that dues is quantified together with interest, then, the amount so computed and quantified will stand attached only. The balance amount in the current account can be dealt with by the Petitioner as per banking arrangements;

2 of 2 WP.12027.2015 (b) The parties state that all this would be done by 18 December 2015. Since this is an assurance particularly from Respondent no.1, then, nothing survives in the writ petition.
