Prayer made in the Petition is to direct Respondent No.1 to grant approval to the Petitioners to transfer land comprised in Survey No. 46/2 and 46/3.

No such direction can be issued as prayed for. The only direction which can be issued is to decide the application submitted by the Petitioners seeking permission to transfer their interest in the aforesaid lands. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the application has been disposed of by an order dated 10.01.2020. The learned Counsel states that the prayer made in the application has been rejected. 3.

Requiring the Respondent to ensure that the order dated 10.01.2020 is conveyed to the Petitioners we dispose of the Petition as infructuous leaving open the remedy of the Petitioner to challenge the order rejecting the application filed by the Petitioners. Arjun M.
