The applicant had preferred application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court. The said application was filed on 11th October 2018 and the same was adjourned till 15th October 2018 for the report from Police/investigating officer. It appears that subsequently report dated 15th October 2018 was filed by police in which it is indicated that inquiry in respect to the complaint received by police is in progress and cognizable offence is not yet registered against the applicant. Learned Judge, however, adjourned the application to 19th October 2018. The grievance of the applicant is that since the complaint is pending inquiry before police, there is an apprehension that the applicants may be arrested at any point of time.

Learned APP submits that the inquiry in relation to the complaint is going on and decision is not yet taken. The application before Sessions Court is pending and next date is 19th October 2018. 3.
