After hearing both the parties, it is clarified that the students will not be obstructed from attending the classes and the functioning of the school will not be affected in any manner by the ex-parte order passed. The trial Court is requested to hear the application for ad-interim relief on Tuesday (November 22,2022).

It is made clear that the order of the status-quo will operate only till next Tuesday (November 22,2022) when the trial Court will hear the parties and then decide whether to grant ad-interim or not.

It is open for the Management to declare the results. 4.

In this view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of.
