Learned counsel for the Applicant has tendered a demand draft of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rs.Thirty lakhs) to the Respondent No.2, pursuant to the Consent Terms dated 07.02.2018 entered into between the Applicant and the Respondent No.2. Respondent No. 2 is present in the court and acknowledges the receipt of the said demand draft of Rs.30 lakhs. She also undertakes to comply with the Consent Terms and withdraw all the proceedings filed by her in various courts, including the proceedings before the trial court. She also agrees Borey 1/2
