P.C. :- None for the Petitioner. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents has pointed out that the alleged contempt pertains to the order passed by this Court dated 17 th April, 2018 directing the Corporation to dispose of the application fled by the Petitioner, seeking regularization. However, after hearing the regularization application, the Corporation has rejected the same. The Petitioner has impugned the said order rejecting the regularization application by fling a fresh Writ Petition being No.14120 of 2018 in which an order dated 12th December, 2018 is passed by this Court.
