This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during the pendency of the Appeal. The Applicant, along with other accused Rahul, have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 2.

The two eye witnesses i.e. father of the deceased viz Bira Garale (PW 2) and the mother of the deceased viz. Sangita Garale (PW 8) have clearly implicated the Applicant. URS

We do not find that the case is made out for suspension of sentence. The Application is rejected.
