The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the RespondentBank submits that despite an order being passed under section 14 of the SARFEASI Act in view of the order passed by the Learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 5920 of 2015 dated 9th July, 2015, he shall not apply for making an application for taking possession before the Tahasildar till September, 2016 as long as the Petitioner keeps paying the installments as per the undertaking given by him before the Learned Single Judge.
